The following is the text of an announcement released to the London Stock Exchange by Royal Dutch Shell plc on 8th November 2010

Royal Dutch Shell plc (the “Company”) today received notice from Lord Kerr, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that today he purchased 2,500 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of £20.2685 per share. His total current holding is now 17,500 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares.
