Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that on 3 April 2023, 4 April 2023 and 5 April 2023 a person closely associated with the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Phil Higgins, purchased an aggregate of 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 54.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases by an investment vehicle of which Mr. Higgins has a beneficial interest, Mr Higgins is now beneficially interested in 2,499,349 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.5 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
