Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited, a total amount of USD 3,00,000 (Three Lakhs) which includes the already agreed amount of USD 10,000 (Ten Thousand) as Contribution.

The details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with the SEBI circular dated 09.09.2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1.
