Dear Sirs,

This has reference to our letter dated September 23, 2021, wherein we had informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on September 23, 2021, had, inter-alia, approved the acquisition of 51 % shareholding in M/s. Algowire Trading Technologies Private Limited.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that the aforementioned acquisition has been completed and our Company has competed acquisition of 51 % shareholding in M/s. Algowire Trading Technologies Private Limited at a total consideration of Rs. 2.142 crores. Post completion of transaction M/s. Algowire Trading Technologies· Private Limited has become subsidiary of Share India Securities Limited, with the shareholding structure of Share India Securities Limited holding 51 % and other shareholder - Mr. Bhavya Arnav holding 49% of the equity share capital of M/s. Algowire Trading Technologies Private Limited.
