Company Announcement No. 36-25 Copenhagen, 19 December 2025

Shape Robotics A/S ("Shape Robotics" or the "Company") announces that its relationship with Beierholm, Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab ("Beierholm"), in its capacity as state-authorized auditor for the Company, has come to a close. The Company is currently in talks with other audit service providers, with the goal of appointing an auditor which also features a more international scope in its presence and activities, so as to more easily ensure group-level synergy with all of the Shape Robotics wholly-owned subsidiaries, taking into consideration auditing and financial reporting obligations at the group level.

The Company will make further announcements as and when required pursuant to its continuous disclosure obligations.
