Shareholder notification pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act
Company announcement no. 37-25 Copenhagen, 24 December 2025
Shape Robotics A/S (the "Company") announces, pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, that the Company has received a notification stating that the aggregate shareholding of Fundamental Fondsmæglerselskab A/S and Mr. Michael Voss-Jensen has fallen below 5% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company.
The Company will make further announcements as and when required pursuant to its continuous disclosure obligations.
