In order to finance personal projects and family needs and due to the Danish tax policies on unrealized gains on listed shares, CTO and founder of Shape Robotics Moises Pacheco has sold a number of shares.

"Like any other person, I need liquidity to be able to fund my personal projects and my family needs; moreover, like in every year, I need liquidity to pay taxes and company operations, and therefore I had to take the hard decision to sell some shares. My constant activity and trust in the company remains unhindered and I am dedicating the same amount of energy and time to support the fast-paced growth" says Moises Pacheco.
