The Company has received a letter dated 24[th] September, 2025 received by us on 24[th] September, 2025 (“ Request Letter ”) from M/s. Coromandel Engineering Company Limited, member of promoter and promoter group of the Company (“ Outgoing Promoters ”), seeking reclassification from the ‘promoter and promoter group’ category to ‘public’ category shareholders under Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

As on the date of the Request Letter, the details of the shareholding of the Outgoing Promoters are as follows:
