Sub: Clarification on announcement submitted regarding resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

This has reference to your e-mail dated 23[rd] July, 2020 seeking clarification on announcement submitted to Stock Exchanges regarding resignation of CFO.

We would like to clarify that resignation tendered by the CFO of the Company by letter dated 7[th] July, 2020 has been accepted by the Board on 21[st] July, 2020 and he will be relieved as per the policy of the Company. He will continue to hold his position till the date of relieving.

We will inform the disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on the relieving date.
