UPDATED INFORMATION OF DIRECTOR

This announcement is made by CITIC Resources Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) pursuant to Rules 13.51(2) and 13.51B(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 March 2017 and the circular dated 15 April 2019 of the Company in relation to a legal proceeding made by one of the defendants, a former director and chairman of Poh Lian Construction (Pte.) Ltd (“ PLC ”), against Mr. Chan Kin (“ Mr. Chan ”) to join him as a third party and seek contribution from Mr. Chan by virtue of his role as a director of PLC (the “ Legal Proceeding ”).

Mr. Chan has recently informed the Company that the Legal Proceeding was dismissed and no further action against him in relation to the Legal Proceeding.
