TRADING HALT

At the request of CITIC Resources Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 28 August 2018 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a possible very substantial disposal transaction, which constitutes inside information of the Company.
