CHANGE OF AGENT FOR THE SERVICE OF PROCESS IN HONG KONG

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of CITIC Resources Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Ms. Li So Mui ceased to act as the agent of the Company for the purpose of accepting service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong (the “ Process Agent ”) with effect from 1 April 2015.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Cha Johnathan Jen Wah has been appointed as the Process Agent with effect from 1 April 2015.
