This is in continuation of our letter dated November 17, 2025, this is to inform you that, the Company is in receipt of further request under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 from the following persons classified under ‘Promoter Group’ category who are seeking reclassification from ‘Promoter Group’ to ‘Public’ category (“Reclassification”):

The above re-classification shall require the approval of the Board of Directors, the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The Company will follow necessary process and will make requisite application with the Stock Exchanges in terms of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
