I, Sarika Jhunjhnuwala, hold equity shares of Shalimar Paints Limited ("Shalimar") and belong to its promoter and promoter group. I intend to acquire 4,11,546 equity shares of Shalimar from Hind Strategic Investments, a member of the promoter group of Shalimar, by way of an 'inter-se' transfer. The proposed transfer of shares in Shalimar is amongst qualifying persons/ entities as specified in Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of Takeover Regulations.
