Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 25[th ] day of October, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the registered office of the Company at Stainless Centre, 4[th ] Floor, Plot No. 50, Sector-32, Gurugram, Haryana-122001, for the finalization of Entitlement Ratio, Record Date, and Offer Price in respect of proposed Rights Issue of the Company and to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2018.

Further, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed from October 18, 2018 to October 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and all the designated Employees of the company for prevention of insider trading.
