Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., November 17, 2018 and concluded at 12:30 P.M., has inter alia, approved the Letter of Offer, Abridged Letter of Offer and Composite Application Form which will be filed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited in respect of proposed Rights Issue of 3,37,47,518 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2 each of the Company for cash at a price of Rs. 64.50 (including premium of Rs. 62.50) per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of Rs. 21,767.15 Lakhs to the Eligible Equity Shareholders.
