Further, as intimated by our letter dated December 30, 2020, the trading window in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 was closed with effect from January 01, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
