Sub: Outcome of the meeting of Right issue Committee ("Committee") of Shakti Press Ltd for further Extension of Closing date of Rights Issue and resultant change in indicative timetable of post issue activities on account of change in Closing date

This is to update that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Thursday, May 07, 2026 and was scheduled to be close on Monday, May 18, 2026, has now been extended from Monday, May 18, 2026 to Friday, May 29, 2026, by Rights Issue Committee in its Meeting held on Monday, May 11, 2026 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.

Accordingly, the last date of submission of the duly filled in CAF (along with the amount payable on application) is Friday, May 29, 2026. Equity Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to apply for the Rights Issue are requested to take note of the Closure Date as Friday, May 29, 2026.

Accordingly, there is no change in the LOF, CAF and ALOF dated April 29, 2026 except for change in date for Market Renunciation of Right Entitlements and Issue Closing Date and resultant change in indicative timetable of post issue activities on account of change in date for Market Renunciation of Right Entitlements and Issue Closing Date.
