Subject: Intimation of appointment of Lead Merchant Banker.

We refer to our intimation on the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) held on August 12 ,2021, in connection with offer and issuance of equity shares aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.15 crores by way of a Rights Issue.

Further to the same, we wish to inform that Company has formed Right Issue Committee and power has been assigned to committee to proceed Right issue process and accordingly Company appointed Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited as Lead Merchant Banker to conduct Right issue process of the Company.
