Sub: Intimation of Postponement of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcements dated 24[th] January, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 08[th] February, 2023 is now postponed and further re-scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14[th] February, 2023 through Video Conferencing inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended on 31[st] December, 2022.

Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange that, the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1[st] January, 2023 till 16[th] February, 2023 i.e. the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December, 2022.
