Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shadowfax Technologies Limited (“Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, to, inter alia, consider and approve the following:

a) The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
b) The Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiary for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

Trading window closure:

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives was closed from April 1, 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges.

Earnings Call:

The Company will hold earnings call to discuss the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The details of the call will be intimated separately.
