Shadowfax Strengthens National Network with OneNCR – Its Largest Automated Sortation Mega-Hub

National | February 26, 2026 – In continuation to the disclosures made in the Offer Documents, Shadowfax, India’s leading on-demand third-party logistics platform, announced that, OneNCR, its largest automated sortation facility to date, is now fully operational. Representing an investment of approximately INR 50 Crore, this 2.1 lakh sq. ft. facility located in the NCR region marks a pivotal leap in the company’s operational scale and technological prowess.

With unrivalled speed and scale, OneNCR is equipped with a state-of-the-art automated sorter capable of processing 48,000 shipments per hour, benchmark that ranks among the highest in the Indian logistics industry. At peak capacity, this sort centre is engineered to handle 10 lakh (1 million) shipments per day, serving as the primary engine for Shadowfax Prime, the company’s dedicated same-day and next-day delivery vertical.

Efficiency Through "Single-Touch" Logistics Redefining traditional logistics workflows, the facility operates on a high-efficiency single-touch model. By enabling 80% of shipments to be directly manifested for last-mile delivery at the origin, Shadowfax will be able to significantly reduce handling errors and transit times.

Connectivity: Up to 80 direct linehaul routes bypass intermediate hubs.

Precision: Ability to perform over 3,000 unique origin-level sorts.

Versatility: When operational, the additional semi-automated lines can handle up to 20,000 shipments per hour, while specialized bag/box sortation can process up to 6,000 shipments per hour.
