Grant of share rights are rights to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the Company subject to certain financial and performance conditions and the participant's continued employment (including no notice of resignation or termination having been provided) up to and including the respective vesting dates. The performance period for Grant 1 (50% of the award) is 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025; and for Grant 2 (remaining 50%), the performance period is 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. The share rights are determined by the award value divided by SGH's 5 day Volume Weighted Average Price up to and including 30 June 2024. For Grant 1 (50% of total award) the rights convert to shares, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the award being satisfied, on or around 1 October 2025 (vesting date). For Grant 2 (remaining 50% of total award) the rights convert to shares, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the award being satisfied, on or around 1 October 2026 (vesting date).
