Refer to Seven Group Holdings ASX release dated 6 October 2022, concerning SGHs fully underwritten offering of A$250 million senior exchangeable notes due 2027 (the New Notes) (the Offering) and a concurrent repurchase of SGHs outstanding SGX-listed convertible notes due 2025 (the Existing Notes). The proceeds of the Offering have been used to fund the partial concurrent repurchase of SGHs Existing Notes set out herein, with any surplus being used for general corporate purposes.
