Seven Group Holdings Limited (ASX: SVW) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Seven Group Holdings Limited (‘SVW’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SVW, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 21 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading halt request

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Seven Group Holdings Limited (ASX:SVW) (the Company ) requests that the Company’s ordinary shares be placed into an immediate trading halt.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company of an equity raising to be undertaken by way of an institutional placement ( Placement ) and a share purchase plan.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement regarding completion of the Placement or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 21 April 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
