Jarden Australia Pty Limited (Jarden) and Macquarie Capital (Australia) Limited (together, the JLMs) are acting as joint lead managers and underwriters to the Placement.

SGH has agreed to pay 0.5% of the proceeds of the Placement to the JLMs as a management fee.
