Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. February 10, 2024, approved appointment of Mr. Suraj Kumar as Chief Financial Officer of the Company & Key Managerial Personnel of SG Mart Limited (“the Company”), effective from March 1, 2024, as recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee based on approval of Audit Committee of the Company.
