Brunnthal/Munich, Germany, June 22, 2011 - The Supervisory Board of SFC
Energy AG (listed on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange, ISIN DE0007568578, WKN 756857) has appointed Gerhard
Inninger (47) as the Company's new CFO. The experienced finance executive
and tax advisor (Diplom-Finanzwirt) will take over his responsibilities
effective mid August. He brings proven finance and capital market
expertise, many years of industrial experience in building and controlling
international company organizations, in M&A transactions, and corporate
integration to SFC. Before joining SFC, Inninger was Finance Director EMEA
at Infor Global Solutions and, in a similar function, at a global biotech
company.
Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:
The appointment of Gerhard Inninger as CFO of SFC Energy AG completes the
Company's Management Board, as planned by the Supervisory Board. Together
with the CEO, Dr. Peter Podesser, Inninger will ensure the implementation
of SFC's initiated growth strategy, accompanied by continuous improvement
of all cost structures. Major growth impulses are expected from a
concentration on sustainable turn-key power supply solutions, to be
achieved by means of industrial partnerships and the extension of the
Company's product portfolio - also including possible acquisitions.
