 OPTIONS AWARDED UNDER THE SEVERN TRENT PLC SHARESAVE SCHEME TO PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") has been informed that, on 2 January 2018, options were granted under the Company's approved Sharesave Scheme to eligible employees including the following Director and PDMR:
