Severn Trent Annual Bonus Scheme - 2016 Deferred Share Awards

On 28 June 2016 Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") granted deferred share awards totalling 65,442 Ordinary Shares of 97 17/19 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, as procured by the Remuneration Committee on 20 May 2016 under the terms of the Severn Trent Annual Bonus Scheme, in respect of the year ended 31 March 2016, to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company as set out below (the "PDMR Awards").  The Ordinary Shares will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to continued employment.
