Posting of letter to Dee Valley Non-Voting Ordinary Shareholders

Severn Trent announces that it has today posted a letter to Dee Valley Non-Voting Ordinary Shareholders reminding them how to accept the Contractual Offer in respect of Non-Voting Ordinary Shares.

Following the Scheme in respect of Dee Valley Voting Ordinary Shares becoming effective on 15 February 2017, the Contractual Offer in respect of Non-Voting Ordinary Shares has become unconditional in all respects.
