Severn Trent Plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 October 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 303,295,950 ordinary shares of 97 17/19 pence each with voting rights.

As at 31 October 2025, the Company holds 2,218,618 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Severn Trent Plc as at 31 October 2025 is 301,077,332 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Severn Trent Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
