Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at the Aldwark Manor on 6th September 2016 at 12 noon.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 1st August 2016.

These documents will be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
