Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at the Aldwark Manor Hotel, Aldwark, Alne, York YO61 1UF on Wednesday, 2 September 2015 at 12.00 noon.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015, notice of annual general meeting, form of proxy and auditor resignation letter have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 23 July 2015.

These documents will be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
