Correction to grant of an award previously notified under the Company's Performance Share Plan as a conditional award of shares. Subject to a three year EPS performance condition and continued service, the award normally vests after three years.
The EPS targets for the year ending 31 March 2024 are 7.61 pence (threshold performance - 25% vests) to 9.92 pence (maximum performance - 100% vests) with linear interpolation in between. This represents a PBT range of £30m to £40m.
