The Company announces that on 16 July 2018 Ian Cochrane (an Executive Director of the Company), sold 1 million ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of £0.85 per share. 

Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Cochrane retains 2,352,863 ordinary shares, representing 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
