Severfield plc, the market leading structural steel group, announces that Rosie Toogood, a non- executive director of the Company, will be leaving the Board of the Company on 12 February 2024. She has taken up a new senior executive role at Wates Group, who are a major customer of the Group, and it has been agreed that, in those circumstances, in order to avoid a conflict of interest, she will step down.
