Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2021

Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP in London on 1st September 2021 at 10 am.

In the light of the current circumstances, although shareholders are welcome to attend in-person, they are encouraged to vote by proxy and attendance will be restricted to shareholders who have pre-registered to attend.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 2nd August 2021.

These documents will be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).
