Information to be provided in connection with the 2019 Annual General Meeting

Severfield plc (the "Company") has published on its website the notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 3 rd September 2019 (the "AGM"). The additional matters required to be published on the website, pursuant to section 311A of the Companies Act 2006, are set out below:

• 1. The notice of the AGM, which includes the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM together with explanatory notes, is published on this website.
• 1. The Company's share capital consists of ordinary shares of 2.5p in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights. The number of shares in issue as at 2nd August 2019 is 305,897,892.
• 1. As at 2nd August 2019 the total of the voting rights that members are entitled to exercise at the AGM in respect of the Company's shares carrying the right to vote at the AGM is 305,897,892.
• 1. No members' statements, members' resolutions or members' matters of business have been received by the Company.
