CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI PER L'ESERCIZIO MAGGIO 2021 – APRILE 2022 ED AVVISO DI MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE DEL PUBBLICO DEL RESOCONTO INTERMEDIO DI GESTIONE DEL GRUPPO SESA AL 31 GENNAIO 2021

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Sesa S.p.A. ha approvato il seguente calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio maggio 2021 – aprile 2022:

• 23-25 marzo 2021: Partecipazione alla Star Conference Borsa Italiana;
• 12 luglio 2021: Consiglio di Amministrazione Approvazione progetto Bilancio di Esercizio e Consolidato al 30 aprile 2021;
• 26 agosto 2021 ed occorrendo il 27 agosto 2021: Assemblea dei soci Approvazione del Bilancio di Esercizio al 30 aprile 2021 - Nomine nuovo CdA e Società di Revisione;
• 14 settembre 2021: Consiglio di Amministrazione Approvazione Relazione trimestrale al 31 luglio 2021;
• 20 dicembre 2021: Consiglio di Amministrazione Approvazione Relazione semestrale al 31 ottobre 2021;
• 11 marzo 2022: Consiglio di Amministrazione Approvazione Relazione trimestrale al 31 gennaio 2022.

In caso di eventuali modifiche al calendario degli eventi societari previsti per l'esercizio, Sesa S.p.A. provvederà a darne tempestiva informazione.

CORPORATE EVENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR MAY 2021 – APRIL 2022 AND NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM REPORT OF SESA GROUP AS OF JANUARY 31, 2021

The Board of Directors of Sesa S.p.A. approved the following financial calendar for the Fiscal Year May 2021 – April 2022:

• March 23-25, 2021: Partecipation at Star Conference organized by Borsa Italiana;
• July 12, 2021: Board of Directors Approval of the draft of the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2021;
• August 26, 2021 and, if necessary, August 27, 2021: Shareholders' Meeting Approval of the Statutory Financial Statements as of April 30, 2021 - Appointment of the new Board of Directors and Independent Auditors;
• September 14, 2021: Board of Directors Approval of the Interim Report as of July 31, 2021;
• December 20, 2021: Board of Directors Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as of October 31, 2021;
• March 11, 2022: Board of Directors Approval of the Interim Report as of January 31, 2022.

In the event of any changes to the corporate events for the Fiscal Year, Sesa S.p.A. will promptly notify.
