INTEGRAZIONE CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI

Empoli (FI), 29 maggio 2019

Sesa S.p.A., operatore di riferimento in Italia nel settore delle soluzioni IT a valore aggiunto per il segmento business, comunica, ad integrazione del calendario eventi reso noto in data 19 dicembre 2018, che in data 12 marzo 2020 si terrà il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione trimestrale al 31 gennaio 2020.

La presente comunicazione è effettuata in ottemperanza a quanto disposto dall'art. 2.6.2, comma 1, lett. b) del Regolamento dei Mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Sesa S.p.A., a leading Italian operator in the field of high value-added IT solutions for the business segment, communicates, in addition to the calendar of corporate events already published on 19 December 2018, that on 12 March 2020 the Board of Directors will approve the Interim Report at 31 January 2020.
