PUBBLICAZIONE DELLO STATUTO SOCIALE AGGIORNATO

Empoli (FI), 2 Settembre 2016 – Sesa Sp.A. comunica che lo statuto sociale aggiornato a seguito della modifica approvata dall' Assemblea degli azionisti del 26 agosto 2016 è disponibile sul sito internet della Società www.sesa.it (sezione "Corporate Governance" – "statuto") nonchè sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato all'indirizzo .

Sesa S.p.A., con sede ad Empoli (FI) ed attività sull'intero territorio nazionale, è a capo di un Gruppo che costituisce l'operatore di riferimento in Italia nel settore delle soluzioni IT a valore aggiunto per il segmento business e professionale, con ricavi consolidati pari ad Euro 1,230 miliardi e 1.215 dipendenti (fonte: ultimo Bilancio Consolidato chiuso al 30 aprile 2016). PUBLICATION OF UPDATED COMPANY'S STATUTE

Empoli, 2 September 2016 – Sesa S.p.A. announces that the Company's Statute updated as a result of the amendment approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 26 August 2016 is available on the Company's website www.sesa.it/Corporate Governance/Statute as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at .
