SESA PARTECIPA ALL'EVENTO SUSTAINABILITY WEEK ORGANIZZATO DA BORSA ITALIANA

IL GRUPPO SESA CONFERMA L'IMPEGNO A SUPPORTO DELLA SOSTENIBILITA' ED A FAVORE DEI PROPRI STAKEHOLDER

Empoli, 28 giugno 2021

Sesa ("SESA" – SES.MI), operatore di riferimento in Italia nel settore dell'innovazione tecnologica e dei servizi informatici e digitali per il segmento business, in data odierna partecipa al Sustainability Week organizzato da Borsa Italiana.

Il Gruppo Sesa conferma il proprio impegno a supporto della sostenibilità ed a favore della generazione di valore sostenibile per i propri stakeholder.

In particolare Sesa comunica l'avanzamento dei propri programmi di sostenibilità, responsabilità sociale e tutela ambientale.

Tra i principali obiettivi raggiunti si segnala a partire dal maggio 2021 la Certificazione ISO 14001 in materia di responsabilità ambientale ed il Rating di Corporate Social Responsibility Ecovadis, piattaforma internazionale per la valutazione della responsabilità sociale.

Sesa ha acquisito sin dal 2015 la certificazione etica SA 8000 in materia di gestione delle risorse umane e responsabilità sociale ed aderito nel corso del 2020 al Global Compact delle Nazione Unite, che attesta il rispetto delle linee guida internazionali in materia responsabilità sociale.

Sesa ha presentato lo scorso 7 giugno 2021 il nuovo piano di Welfare riservato ai circa 3.500 dipendenti del Gruppo e finalizzato al benessere e work-life balance delle proprie risorse umane.

Sesa ha infine avviato a inizio 2021 e già completato la misurazione della propria performance di sostenibilità - ambientale, sociale ed economica - con lo standard B Impact Assessment, sviluppato dell'ente internazionale B Lab e oggi utilizzato in 76 paesi da oltre 100.000 aziende. Da questo processo è emersa una chiara roadmap strategica con l'obiettivo di raggiungere i più alti livelli di performance a livello globale.

Ulteriori informazioni sui programmi in materia di sostenibilità del Gruppo saranno fornite durante la pubblicazione del Report annuale di Sostenibilità, in occasione dell'approvazione dei risultati dell'esercizio al 30 aprile 2021.

SESA PARTICIPATES AT THE SUSTAINABILITY WEEK EVENT ORGANIZED BY BORSA ITALIANA

SESA GROUP CONFIRMS ITS COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT SUSTAINABILITY AND IN FAVOR OF ITS STAKEHOLDERS

Sesa ("SESA" – SES.MI), reference player in Italy in technological innovation and digital services for the business segment, today participates in the Sustainability Week organized by Borsa Italiana.

Sesa Group confirms its commitment to support sustainability and in favor to the generation of sustainable value for all its stakeholders.

In particular, Sesa communicates the progress of its sustainability, social responsibility and environmental protection programs.

Among the main goals achieved since May 2021 there is the ISO 14001 Environmental Responsibility Certification and the Corporate Social Responsibility Ecovadis Rating, an international platform for assessing social responsibility.

Since 2015 Sesa has acquired the SA 8000 ethical certification in the field of human resource management and social responsibility and in 2020 joined the United Nations Global Compact, which certifies compliance with international guidelines on social responsibility.

On June 7, 2021, Sesa presented the new Welfare plan reserved for the 3,500 employees of the Group and aimed at the well-being and work-life balance of its human resources.

At the beginning of 2021 Sesa has started and already completed the measurement of its sustainability performance - environmental, social and economic - with the B Impact Assessment standard, developed by the international organization B Lab and now used in 76 countries by over 100,000 companies. A clear strategic roadmap emerged from this process with the aim of achieving the highest levels of performance at a global level.
