INTEGRAZIONE DELL'AVVISO DI CONVOCAZIONE DELL'ASSEMBLEA

Empoli, 17 agosto 2020

Sesa S.p.A. rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria della società convocata per il giorno 28 agosto 2020 ore 9:00, in Empoli (FI), via Piovola n. 138, in prima convocazione ed, occorrendo, in seconda convocazione per il giorno 29 agosto 2020, stessi luogo ed ora, è stato integrato e reso pubblico per estratto sul quotidiano Milano Finanza, ed è altresì disponibile, in versione integrale, unitamente al modulo per il voto di delega, sul sito internet della società www.sesa.it (sezione "Investor Relations" – "Assemblee") nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito .

INTEGRATION OF THE NOTICE OF CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

Sesa S.p.A. announces that the notice calling the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the company called for August 28, 2020 at 9:00 am, in Empoli (FI), via Piovola n. 138, on first call and, if necessary, on second call on August 29, 2020, at the same place and time, was integrated and made public in an extract in the Milano Finanza newspaper, and is also available, in full version, together with the form for the proxy vote, on the company's website www.sesa.it ("Investor Relations" - "Shareholders' Meetings" section) as well as on the authorized storage mechanism available on the website .
