Sesa S.p.A. rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria della società convocata per il giorno 26 agosto 2021 ore 9:30, in Empoli (FI), via Piovola n. 138, in prima convocazione ed, occorrendo, in seconda convocazione per il giorno 27 agosto 2021, stessi luogo ed ora, è stato reso pubblico per estratto sul quotidiano Italia Oggi, ed è altresì disponibile, in versione integrale, unitamente ai moduli per il voto di delega, sul sito internet della società www.sesa.it (sezione "Investor Relations" – "Assemblee") nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato consultabile al sito .

NOTICE OF CALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING, REPORTS ON THE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA

Sesa S.p.A. announces that the notice of the Shareholders' Meeting on August 26, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., in Empoli (Florence), via Piovola n. 138, on first call and, if necessary, in second call on August 27, 2021, same place and time, was made public on the daily newspaper Italia Oggi, and is also available, in full, together with the form to delegate the vote, on the company's website www.sesa.it (section "Investor Relations" - "Shareholders' Meetings") as well as on the storage mechanism authorized at .
