Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the earlier announcement dated 31[st] October, 2022 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, to be held on 11[th] November, 2022 to consider, inter alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and six months ended 30[th] September, 2022.

The Chairman with the consent of all the Directors present at the meeting hereby decides to adjourn the meeting to Saturday, 12[th] November, 2022 to get clarification on the Un-audited Financial Results to be prepared.

The Company now informs the stock exchanges that the meeting of the Board of Directors, held today i.e. Friday, 11[th] November, 2022 will be adjourned to be held on Saturday, 12[th] November, 2022 to consider the remaining agenda items, including consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six months ended 30[th] September, 2022 and any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.

The meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 08:50 P.M. (IST).

The results will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges as per the requirement of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, subsequently once approved by the Board of Directors.

In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed up to the expiry of 48 hours post the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six months ended 30[th] September, 2022.

The aforesaid information may be treated as relevant disclosure as required under Regulation 29, 30 or any other applicable provision of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015).
