This is to inform you that with the approval of the board at its meeting held today, SERVOTECH RENEWABLE POWER SYSTEM LIMITED (“ the company”) has executed a Share Purchase Agreement dated 20.06.2025 with Rhine Solar limited (“Target Company”).

As per the agreement, the Company will acquire 27% of the shareholding in Rhine Solar Limited at a postmoney valuation, thereby marking a strategic investment aimed at strengthening our backward integration capabilities.

The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are enclosed in Annexure‐I .
