In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that Ms. Sarika Bhatia (DIN: 00155602) reappointed as Whole-time Director of the Company subject to the shareholders’ approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) years with effect from 21[st] August, 2024 vide Board Meeting held on Monday, 28[th] August, 2023.
