Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that Mr. Arun Handa, has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company with effect from 29[th] May, 2021 due to personal reasons.
The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the excellent work done by Mr. Handa during his tenure as CEO of the Company and wishes him the very best in all his future endeavours.
Details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015, is enclosed herewith as ‘ Annexure A’.
