The Board of Directors of Servotech Power Systems Limited (“Company”), upon recommendation of its Sub-Committees, at its meeting held on today i.e. 27[th] May, 2021 has inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the following:

1. Migration of Company from SME Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE”) to Main Board of NSE, subject to the approval of shareholders and compliance of SEBI Rules and Regulations through Postal Ballot.

2. Postal Ballot Notice for obtaining consent of Shareholders of the Company for the aforesaid migration, calendar of events and other incidental matters thereto.

3. Appointment of Mr. Debabrata Deb Nath, (FCS No.: 7775; CP No.: 8612) Partner, R&D Company Secretaries as Scrutinizer for conducting the remote e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

The meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. (ISH) and concluded at 12:15 p.m. (ISH).
